Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Jetpost, including the website, the app and our MCP server, which is run by Send Applications, Inc. (“we”). By using Jetpost, you agree to them.

Your account

You need to be at least 18 to use Jetpost. Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including what agents you connect do on your behalf.

Your content

You own the notes, comments and images you put in Jetpost. You give us permission to store, copy and display them only as needed to run Jetpost for you and the people you share them with. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Agents

You can connect AI agents to Jetpost. An agent you connect acts as you: it can read the notes you can read, and write, edit, comment and share as you. Agents make mistakes, so check what they do. The AI provider you use has its own terms, and we aren't responsible for its service.

Acceptable use

Don't use Jetpost to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights
• send spam, or email people who didn't expect to hear from you
• upload malware or anything meant to harm people or systems
• get into accounts or notes you don't have access to, or overload or probe the service

We may suspend or close accounts that do.

The service

We're building Jetpost and it will change. We may add, change or remove features. We may also stop offering Jetpost; if we do, we'll give you notice and time to export your notes.

Ending your use

You can stop using Jetpost at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@jetpost.com.

Disclaimers

Jetpost is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors, so keep copies of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim about Jetpost is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll update the date above, and email you about significant changes. If you keep using Jetpost after that, you accept the new terms.
