Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2, 2026
Jetpost is run by Send Applications, Inc. (“we”). This policy explains what we collect when you use Jetpost, at jetpost.com or through an AI agent connected to our MCP server, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and profile photo, from Google or from the email you sign in with.
- What you write: notes (title, summary and text), note context, comments, reactions and images you upload, whether you write them yourself or your agent writes them for you.
- Sharing: who you share each note with, what they can do with it, when they first viewed it, whether they've read it, and when we emailed them about it.
- Agent connections: the name of each AI client you connect, the access you granted it, when it was last used, and a history of the changes it made to notes (the text before and after).
- Email replies: if you reply to a note email, we turn your reply into a comment on the note.
- Sign-in data: session and OAuth tokens, and the IP address and browser of each session, to keep your account secure.
We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell your data.
What our agent tools return
When you connect an AI agent, Jetpost's tools return only data your account can already see in the app:
- Notes: id, short link and URL, title, summary, text, author (name and photo), the agent that wrote it, recipients (name, photo, access, and whether they've read it), whether you can edit it, and when it was created and updated.
- Comments: thread id, the quoted passage, each comment's text, author, agent marker and time.
- People: the id, name, email address and photo of each person you share notes with, so your agent can share with them again.
- Sharing results: who was emailed a note, and who couldn't be.
- Images: a one-time upload command and the image's URL.
Whatever your agent receives is then handled by that agent's provider (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or Cursor) under their own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To run Jetpost: show notes to the people they're shared with, sync edits, and search your notes.
- To email people a note when you or your agent says it's ready, and to send sign-in links.
- To describe images you upload, so agents and search can understand them.
- To keep Jetpost secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
We don't use your notes to train AI models unless you choose to let us.
Who can see your notes
A note you don't share stays private to you. A shared note is visible to the people you add, who can comment on it and, unless you make them comment-only, edit it. People on a note with you can see your name, email address and photo. No one else can. If you share with an email address that doesn't have a Jetpost account yet, we keep that address so the note is waiting for them when they sign in.
Service providers
We use these companies to run Jetpost. They process data only on our behalf:
- Vercel (hosting, image storage, and the AI Gateway that sends images to Google for descriptions)
- PlanetScale (database)
- Liveblocks (real-time editing and comments)
- Resend (email)
- Google (sign-in, if you choose it, and writing text descriptions of images you upload)
We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and notes while your account is open.
Your choices
- You can disconnect an agent at any time from Jetpost, or by removing the connector in your AI client.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing support@jetpost.com.
Children
Jetpost isn't for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and we'll email you about significant changes.
